We had an alarm go off in our bldg in the early AM. It ended up there was just a problem w/ the alarm and no smoke or fire. Firefighters turned off the alarm just to have it go off again and again. Landlord was not answering his phone. Firefighters were professional, kind and caring. They didn't want to leave us with the constant noise. These firefighters are so appreciated and respected. Cannot say enough about their desire to troubleshoot and solve the issue at hand. They stuck to it until there was a remedy. A big thank you. We love our TB firefighters
