One of the most incompetent businesses I've dealt with! Unprofessional, do not even know their own policies, lied about coverage, left us in the dark for weeks about policy decision, avoided personal contact, they are very proud about their sales but not about how they help anybody (if any),one broker there about as sharp as a bowling ball. I could go on but just glad I'm out of there. I feel sorry if you TRY to make a claim. Good luck!
I filed a complaint with RIBO against two insurance brokers working here. I have no plans to use their services in the future.
