When I thought of dealing with lawyers I always feared it would consist of excessive headaches, wording and jargon I wouldnt understand, large amounts of time wasted, and a financial burden. However, dealing with Kristofer Evans at Randall Johns law office laid all of these fears to rest. As a lawyer, Kristofer was very professional in all aspects of our house purchase this past year. He was always prepared for every meeting to the fullest extent and he has a great deal of integrity. He was also quick to get things done and very gracious in finding meeting times that best suited our needs. He made time for us even on short notice when we were coming in from out of town. Our meetings were very purposeful and he explained everything about our house purchase in great detail and in everyday language that we would fully understand. All questions were always answered and nothing was left in the dark. We were extremely pleased with his services and expertise. He made our first experience at a law office a positive one and this experience has counteracted all of the misconceptions that people may have about lawyers. Kris Evans helped us to make Wills after our son was born. He was super friendly, efficient and we were very happy with the overall service that we received. He seemed very knowledgeable and guided us through the process with ease.
Chris Evans has to be the worst lawyer I have ever meet he maid quiet a few mistakes, he is arrogant. We has to pay lawyer fee twice for the same house because he rushed us the first time sayung he need the payment the next day, with out the searches being finished on the seller so the house sale did not go thru but he still took his payment. The only reason we went back because he said if it is after a year we would only have to pay the search fee well he lied of course and I argued with him about it and he just talked down to me. He maid my first time buying a house experience terrible.
