absolutely horrendous customer service. I had been waiting an hour for my pizza and ended up not receiving it because the manager told the driver not to come back. I have been a loyal customer for years and I will no longer be ordering from them ever again. dont order from here unless you want the cops to be called on you. and to be honest, the quality is not the same anymore. their pizza sucks. dont order from here.
Golden Bakery has the most delicious pizza! And I regularly pick up bread and rolls, fabulous! Staff is always friendly and welcoming!
Ordered a pizza at 1220 at night on a monday. Finally canceled my order at 220 in the morning. According to google maps I am 6 minutes away. When I called to cancel it all I got was attitude and no apology. I will never order from this place again.
Driver was nice took an hour and a half to get a pizza at 4 it tasted like shoe leather I dont know if I was paying for the box or the pizza itself because it tasted like cardboard in the end...
WHEN MUNCHIES HIT CALL THESE GUYS Best Pizza in Westfort, possibly all of Thunder Bay, they have awesome walk-in specials - delicious and you can't beat 2 Faaat slices and a pop for $5. Plus an added bonus they're open 24/7 and are always able to deliver. Great Pizza, Great service, Can't be beat. Try it and you'll understand why it's called the Golden Bakery
