This place is amazing. I love the locations that have the 3D plus experience.. I enjoyed more than one movie in the cinema with the moving seats and felt the full vibration of the movie in my seat. Wonderful adaption to Silver City Thunder Bay
Waited in line to purchase tickets...I like to pay cash; only to find out that no people work at ticket sales. You have to use the computer. If they don't have to pay for workers it'd be nice to see lower costs.
The snacks are SUPER overpriced (as is standard for cinemas, so not really a point against them, just a warning), but the ticket costs are reasonable. It's usually pretty clean and comfortable. As long as a show isn't completely sold out, there is generally enough space between rows and seats to be comfortable..
Horrible service. I went on Teusday during their busiest day and their staff were rude and indignant. I waited in line longer than credits played and then popcorn was chilly. Manager looks like a rag and so does the place's cleaning. I wiped off my own table and chair before the show, then had to wipe off the show chair. Self-service mostly broken or partially functional. Make sure you come VERY early or with LOTS of patience.
Overall good sound quality in Dolby atmos... Sometimes too loud for me. The only problem I had till now was the brightness and one more thing while I was in there watching Infinity War the sound was gone for like 5 minutes. Other than that everything is awesome!
