This is a very valuable service with such trusted movers. Fully taking the stress out of moving abroad for every level of mover. The ease of the service is incredible and is dealt in a very respectful manner. The service was so easy to use and they really look after you through the whole process making it a very stress free transaction. I would definitely recommend them to everyone for their friendly staff, ease of use and very reasonable prices!
Amazing customer service! We look forward to working together again. The movers were prompt & efficient. They came to my home, wrapped all of my furniture with speed and precision as well. They moved my heavy and bulky furniture so gracefully with no issues at all. They were very professional and moved everything quickly and seamlessly. I had the most amazing experience with this company. I have used this company 3 times and each move was smooth and efficient. The guys were always kind and courteous and hard working. As well as everyone in the office when I was planning. Very easy and stress free! And no hidden fees or charges. Have another move coming up and will definitely use them again.
Id rate 0 stars if I could. Contacted this mover made arrangements for my move. Was told everything was in place, and contract would be sent within 48 hours. Checked to confirm and was told all was a go and contract confirmation was coming. I waited and nothing. Again I called to question the move and again was told not to worry as it was set and confirmation would be sent. Three days later received a call advising they could not fulfil contract for that date, over booked. Unless I chose another date they would cancel contract. If I cancelled there would be a charge, but not so for them. They leave you high and dry.Id stay away from these people, have no idea what their doing. All you read on their website isnt to be believed.
After reading some of the reviews and going through the fake ones , I read they did a long distancr move from Washington to Ontario. And for a great price. So I called and told the lady on the phone I wanted to move From Pickle Lake to Kapuskasing. Well then I had to explain that it was not a 13 minute move. Then I was told it was to far for them to move. I'm glad that's as far as the conversation went.
