Great staff and quality products
The people who work here are super kind and it seems like they all just love animals! They have a wide selection and are very knowledgeable or a large variety of dog or pet related items. And they actually stick the ground and whole chickens backs that I needed in order to feed my dog a raw food diet. This place is wonderful!
Most of the pets I've gotten from here have died pretty quickly even though I've taken good care of them. The 48 hour live policy for fish is trash, if your fish dies they don't give you a new one they just blame it on the water. But the products are pretty nice.
Hard working staff, friendly, variety of animals, exotics, everyone is very experienced, has products for a variety of animals and they give plenty of information of any animal you are interested in. Best pet store in Thunder Bay
