I had my hot water heater serviced today by Robert's Plumbing. The two gentlemen that came over were very professional, courteous and very informative. I would recommend Robert's Plumbing to anyone who wants to buy a furnace or water heater. I would also recommend them to anyone needing service as their honesty stands out!
I do not know if it's the worst company but I know their customer care is poor. When I was told a plumber would be here; he failed to show and no one contacted me. When I contacted them again several hours later I was dealt with rudely. Some of their plumbers can only be described as surly.
These people are absolutely horrible. Worst people to deal with over the phone and even worse in person, and work quality is lower than a high school dropout. Seriously your better off askIng your neighbourhood drunk to come over and fix and your furnace, at least he would be nice about it.
Best place for ploming work and heating
I had my 30+ year old hot water tank fail, and after a quick call to Robert's I had an appointment booked for the next day. The gentlemen who arrived were friendly and professional, and quickly took care of my problem. I will definitely do business with them in the future.
