We chose Nor-Shore Self Storage for keeping inventory during a business trip from Ottawa to Thunder Bay for three months and have nothing but good things to say about the business and staff. Erin the on site manager was very responsive and helpful in going above and beyond her responsibilities to help us coordinate moving our items with a transport carrier across the province to our head office. Allowing our driver access to pick up and load a shipment from our unit was facilitated thanks to her. Great staff
I have used them often and have always had great service. Storage units are clean and the grounds are well kept.They have expanded so more storage spaces available and more variety of sizes. They also added a security fence and gate with a digital passcode lock for entry and exiting the grounds.
