We had a great experience buying carpet from "End of the Roll". Mike is very helpful and knowledgeable about the products he sells. We got an amazing deal on a great quality carpet and since we aren't quite ready to install he will store it for us for a short time till we are ready for installation. Had an exceptional experience at End of the Roll here in Thunder Bay a few weeks ago. First off, they have a very large selection and great pricing. It was my first time there and I was very impressed. They helped me pick a perfect colour, style, and quality for my bedroom floors and answered all my questions thoroughly. Unfortunately, I came across a complication before I was able to complete my flooring project. I called the store and explained my situation. The staff was very accommodating and went over and above in helping me solve this issue in a fast and professional manner. Highly recommended business. Will be going back! :):) I would have rated this a 6 star if Google allowed it.
