W agreed on a price then when I got my invoice he price was much higher, trying to talk to Howie was like talking to a brick wall and instead of explaining to me why it was higher he insulted me by calling me poor and that I can't afford his stuff, also there was supposed to be 500 items and he only delivered 400 when I also tried explaining he short changed me he would just get all defensive and put word in my mouth.
Not very customer friendly. Tried multiple times to get wood from them over a couple days. Not organized and have rookie equipment operators.
