Pretty happy with the service, price and workmanship from Triad. They recently installed new shingles on my home. There was a minor issue when it came time to pay the bill using a credit card. It seems theyve set a policy to limit use of a credit card for payment to $5000. Unfortunately it wasnt communicated nor was it written on the contract or their website. For this reason, they agreed to honor my full payment by credit card. All workers and staff were professional and they clearly worked hard to provide good service from start to finish. Would recommend.
