They were great with my dog and kept us informed throughout the 3 days they had her. Staff is excellent and clearly love animals.

Overpriced, understaffed. Assistants are very pleasant but vets are rude and unhelpful. It is clear that it is a business first and anything else second, as they will take any opportunity to force you to pay for extra or answers to simple yes or no questions.

Reasonable prices for the service they offer. And they really do care about your animals. They are willing to explain options and what they are doing and go or of their way to make sure your pet is well.
